Description: Have you ever been in a Roundtables meeting and it seems like one member knows everything about financial statements and you are flipping (or clicking) through packets just trying to keep up? Not any more. In celebration of Financial Literacy Month, facilitator and QuickBooks expert Jackie Shaw will guide you through the process she uses when reviewing financials statements. You will be provided with a ‘cheat sheet’ to use when reviewing the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for your own company and your fellow members. What are the red flags? What do correct reports look like? We will answer these questions and more during two one-hour classes.

Class Prep: Pick one company’s Profit & Loss (Income Statement), Balance Sheet and %Completion (WIP) Worksheet to use as your class examples. It can be your own, or another member’s reports. To ensure confidentiality, please join the meeting using your first name and last initial. All attendees will be muted and all questions will be submitted via the chat feature. The only reports that will be shared on-screen will be the example reports that Jackie will use during class.
