Group Dynamics – Dynamite or Down the Drain

Working as a collective can be challenging. Join us to discover ways to minimize the 80/20 rule as it shows up in group work. How do we get less active members more engaged? How do we temper the impact dominant members have on the group? Jackie will share her experiences facilitating peer-to-peer meetings across the country over the last five years and what it takes to create a functioning and fun group experience.
