Description: Budgets are one of the most valuable tools for a business owner. How often should you review and edit your budget?  What expenses act like a step function vs. linear? How can you use budgets to project staffing needs?

Too often business owners create a budget and then do not use it to make business decisions. In this fun and lively presentation, we will review how to create a budget, what to look for when reviewing Budget vs. Actual reports and when to revise budgets to adapt to changes that impact your business.
